The apartment of 140 m2 can host 6 people and offers modern comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and self-catering facilities.

For a long-term or shorter stay, this Villa is ideally located right next to Ugolino Golf course. Florence is just 15 minutes away, with sightseeing in the nearby (30 minutes) hills of Chianti.

Three spacious rooms, a large living room with a chimney, a large dining room connecting to a well equipped kitchen and dining room area, a smaller living room/ study with TV all open up on a large marvelous private garden encircling the Villa. A basement with a small gym and bathroom, a washroom and a garage make this house both pleasant and practical to live in.

Located in the municipality of Impruneta, a small town just south of Florence, famous for its production of ""terracotta."" The location is perfect and central: you can make day trips not only to Florence (just 14 km), but also to other beautiful cities in Tuscany (such as Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, Arezzo and Lucca) as well as to the picturesque Chianti area ( Greve in Chianti, Panzano in Chianti, Barberino Val d'Elsa), renowned throughout the world for its excellent wines and food. The villa is also situated next to the historic 18-hole Ugolino Golf Course where many national and international championships take place. In the vicinity of the property, just minutes away by car, lies Grassina, a small town, where supermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and other useful facilities can be found.

The Ugolino Villa was designed by Tommaso Buzzi , a famous 1950’s architect , who designed the Scarzuola, an “ideal” village.

Vecchienna is located in the heart of Maremma, in a still little known part of Tuscany of an astounding beauty, and is immersed in unspoiled nature, with the rich fauna and flora of the Mediterranean forests. Perched on top of a hill, Vecchienna, a listed historic building, looks like a small hamlet with beautiful views on the rolling hills and the island of Elba, and with wonderful sunsets. Vecchienna produces cereals, olive oil, and breeds Limousine cattle. All our products are quality labelled with the Agriqualità symbol, signifying respect "Agriqualità for nature".

Podere Conte Florestano, part of the Vecchienna hamlet, is a two storey stone house located in the tranquil country side, and is surrounded by chestnut woods with breathtaking views on the surrounding hills. It can be separated in 2 independent houses, Podere Rosmarino and Podere Ciclamino. It has been recently totally renovated with all the modern comfort (kitchen, bathrooms, WiFi).

Podere Conte Florestano is just 30 minutes from the sea and the natural reserve of Rimigliano.

Podere Florestano is a single large house with seven rooms and can sleep 14. It is ideal for two families. It can be separated in two independent houses:

- Podere Rosmarino - sleeps 8 (1 room with double bed + 3 rooms with 2 single beds)

- Podere Ciclamino - sleeps 6 (1 room with double bed + 2 rooms with 2 single beds)

Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each house has a large sitting room with chimney, a large kitchen and a dining room. There are also “pergolas” in front of each house equipped with tables, seats and deck chairs, ideal to rest in the shade enjoying a gratifying “farniente”.

There is a swimming pool less than 100 meters away (unsupervised, swimming at your own risk) and a public swimming pool with thermal waters less than 5 minutes by car.
